Rules and Regulations

Daily Rooms Rates

- Rates are for 1-2 persons in standard, superior rooms, junior suites and for 4 persons 2-bedroom Suites.
- Extra bed 300 baht per day/include breakfast and baby cot free of charge.
- Children under 12 years old stay free of charge, if share the same bed with parents (not more than 1 child per room).
- Check-in time - 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out time before 12:00 a.m.
 - Late check-out: before 6:00 p.m. - Half-day charge; after 06:00 p.m. - 100% Full day charge.
 - 30% Deposit is required when booking in advance.
- Late cancellation: If your reservation is cancelled within 7 day(s) prior to check-in date include early check-out/shortened stay, the cancellation charge is 30% of stay. Minimum Cancellation Charge is 1 night.
- Buffet Breakfast or Set Breakfast is served 7:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. in The Le Coffee Shop Restaurant. Children under 12 years old are free of charge while 13-above should pay full.


Monthly Room Rates

- Check-in time - 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out time - 12:00 a.m.
- Monthly booking deposit - 30% of one month's rate, if it does not present in the Lease Agreement. Before check-in guest must pay the total sum of staying according to company rates.
- Late cancellation (within 30 days of scheduled arrival) - 30% of the month's deposit charged.
- Staying monthly, guest should pay one full-month charge in advance on the day of check - in.

- Staying more than one month, guest should pay refundable deposit which equivalent for 2 months rent payment (depends on room type).
 - The Lease Agreement between the Guest and Provider should be signed beforehand.
 - On vacating the room the guest is to return the room in the same condition as on the commencement of the room charge period.
 - In case of wishing to cancel this agreement before its contracted completion, the guest is to give a minimum of 30-days clear notice. In case of less then 30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited.
- The management reserves the right at all times to change or reassign any guest to another room.

Important notes

- Payment must be received in advance to guarantee a reservation.
- Rates and designated seasonal rates chart are subject to change without prior notice.
- Term of payment will be cash and major credit card.
- We accept major credit cards like VISA, MASTER CARD. Surcharge for credit card usage is 3%.
- We accept as currency Thai baht.

- Pets, noisy parties, or barbecue cooking are not allowed.
- Any damage or unreasonable deterioration must be paid according to the policy price list of the company or must be repaired or replaced by the guest with the agreement of the "room provider".
- Occupants are not to give the room to any other person then the "occupant", and not to allow any person to reside or conduct a business or supply any other services from the room.

- Occupants have to follow Company’s Rules and Regulations, and also Condominium’s Rules.
- Occupants are not to keep goods for tax evasion; or to keep explosive substances, inflammable substances, acids or chemicals that may pose a hazard for the leased property or to other guests.

- The company does not guarantee safety of valuable things, which guests left in rooms; all values should be placed in the safety box on the reception.
